“I recently visited Sion Dental Clinic and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected. While the clinic staff were friendly, it became apparent that their primary focus was on collecting fees rather than providing essential patient care. I was particularly disappointed with the doctor's unsanitary practices of touching unsanitized objects with the same instruments that were to be used in my mouth. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of basic communication and customer service, which left me feeling undervalued as a patient. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to improve the overall patient experience.”
