ââI had a very disappointing experience at Simba Supermarket, Gikondo branch. The customer service was extremely poor. The employees were rude and unwilling to assist. I tried to explain my needs over the phone, but they refused to even take the call. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated. I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and trains staff to be more attentive and courteous. It was truly a bad experience.ââ

âSimba Gigondo deserve 0 star their customer service is very poor. I went there and stood on the queue to cashiers, as I was standing I saw people moving to the other till and I was a second customer on the queue I waited and waited until I asked the cashier if she's open and she just nodded her head. I moved to the other till joined the queue, I asked the cashier if I can speak to the management she said there's no management đ.â
