“Whenever I travel I love to treat myself to a massage. This spa was near our hotel so I swung by to check out their menu and prices and booked for the next day.
The spa felt very inviting and I was always greeted with a warm welcome. Lovely music and very relaxing inside, albeit a little warm……good prices for their services.
I opted for a deep tissue massage (my first ever): the young female masseuse gave me some extra time … and oh my, the pressure, wow!! It actually hurt a bit (maybe that’s the point?), but she promised me it would feel better, even if it was painful then! And wow, she was soooooo strong for someone so tiny!
Unfortunately, my friend was disappointed with her massage (but she enjoyed the facial) and because of this she cancelled a third treatment she had booked.”

“The massage was decent, but I wish the could provide disposable underwear and shower caps. The shower gel was diluted and they didn’t provide extra towels or lotion to use after the shower.
I got a pedicure done, but still had dead skin. They require more tools, what they have is basic and doesn’t do the job. I would not reccomend a pedicure. And they are unapologetic for their shortcomings.”

“I got the Sports massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. Feeling so much better after a long run”

“The massage was great — the therapist was very skilled. However, most of the staff don’t speak English, which makes communication hard for non-Kinyarwanda speakers.
Also, the spa should provide disposable underwear, mine was soaked in oil after the massage.
The facial was okay, but the esthetician didn’t explain what she was applying, and no sunscreen was used at the end, which is important for post-treatment skin.”
