âFirst visit was with four friends. We all ordered the SAME THING, yet our orders arrived at the table separately more than 45 minutes later. The waiter was adamant about NOT writing our orders (that's why we agreed on the same dish). Some food was delivered warm, other plates of the SAME THING were delivered too cool. The spaghetti lunch presented was mediocre at best. Second attempt at Lion's Bridge was for soup. A Rwandan friend called on my behalf to place an order that would be collected by another friend. A few minutes later, I received the soup menu via WhatsApp. Thankful for what appeared to be efficiency, I placed my order via WhatsApp (texting) and then tried to follow-up with with a voicemail. No response. After 30 minutes, my friend called from the restaurant to ask me whether I had ordered, because no one there was aware of a soup order. Sighhhh.... So I ordered AGAIN through my friend, who had to wait for the order that had been placed nearly an hour prior to her arrival. Subsequently received a call from the manager, apologizing that whoever sent me the menu, disabled their phone immediately afterward, so my original order had never been received. This is beyond frustrating.â
