âDon't bother trying to rent or do business with KP rentals unless you are a local, or be prepared for disappointment and unreliability.
We reserved a specific lens for our Aug/Sep trip a few weeks prior and confirmed by direct whatsapp message with the store. KP rentals then decided to rent out the lens we had reserved to someone else without bothering to tell us. We drove out of our way to the store only to be told that they did not have the lens anymore and there was nothing they could do.
The studio and store seemed to be nice enough, but unfortunately they decided not to honor their word and didn't bother telling us not to come. I think your experience may be better if you have a local friend who can go in person on your behalf and use a local number for prepayment, otherwise I would suggest not bothering to try.â

âAnything you need for a small or medium shoot is here. Mid range canons and Cinema line Sony's, all lenses, lighting, stabilizers and tripods and most types of rigs are available. Staff are very cooperative and helpful. If it's your first time please ask them about their guarantee policies because it is kind of a process. It was a good service in general.â
