“This is a decent local bar that has THE BEST views and amazing grilled fish. The fish is prepared once ordered so you can expect to wait 45 minutes for it but it’s totally worth it. The outside looks unassuming but once you step in and on to the balcony, the view is unmatched. The vibe is family friendly and although the service could have been better, this place made my list for hidden gems in Kigali!”
