âWe went there to relax. They have a nice restaurant, but unfortunately their staff are not trustworthy. My power cable for the machine was stolen. When I asked them to check their CCTV cameras, they told me they were not working.
Please try to address this issue. If a client forgets an item at a hotel, they should be able to trust that they will find it there. Taking it immediately reflects very poorly on the establishment. I have completely lost my trust because of this experience.â

âI recently stayed at the Home Free Hotel in Kigali and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing for easy access to local attractions and amenities.
The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

âWe were booked here as a courtesy from Rwandair after our flight got delayed over 10 hours I was very pleased with accommodations the rooms were very well kept, updated and clean. We were served a lunch and dinner buffet. The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. There's a very good variety for vegan or vegetarian eaters. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with our stay here.â
