“I went to ATECAR Garage to fix my car’s AC after a recommendation. I was charged 53,100 RWF, but the AC issue was not resolved. Instead, I was later told that an AC computer was missing and would need to be imported. After leaving the garage, I discovered that my car’s lights— which were working perfectly before — were no longer working. When I returned, they claimed the lights were already faulty and asked me to pay an additional 17,000 RWF to fix them. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this garage.”

“I think they can do better if they want to. The staff is good, but somehow they did not fixed any of the bigger issues. just simple paintjobs. we also paid for vehicle storage inside the building but the vehicle stood outside most of the time.”

“The owner is nice and talk nice, but the staff and mechanics I think they some how have some big issues with this work, 3 time gave to fix it, after each fixing new sound new problem. Never again, but good luck, like I said owner is good person. But I think they capable fix only toyota carina or old rav4 not a lexus which is same toyota… anyway best of luck!”

“They manage many cars, so they're not the worst. However, it happens that what they say to have fixed breaks and gives you problems again after few weeks. The first time I left them the car for reparations, they drove for 250 km, officially to test it. Probably they've just used it for personal use...”

“Poor service, they promise to do things in a few minute, but after they open the car, you wait the whole day! Price was quite high as well. I wouldn’t recommend to use service of this garage! I changed a belt and break pads. After 2-3 months the replaced items became in a bad conditions as they were not replaced. Don’t use this garage!”
