“I visited this place in 2024 and had a very good experience. The staff were humble and the food was great, which is why I came back again in 2026 expecting the same. On my first visit this time, I paid for dinner by card. Due to a mistake, the payment was processed twice. When I checked my bank account later, I saw two debits for the same meal. The next day, I returned and explained the situation. The staff member who served me the previous day remembered the incident and agreed that I could have dinner and adjust it against the extra payment. However, an older gentleman at the restaurant insisted that I pay again, even though I showed my bank transactions, the receipt, and the staff member confirmed what had happened. It was clear that the extra payment would eventually reach their account, but he still kept pressuring me to pay again. It was my last day, and I could not keep coming back to sort this out. I tried to explain calmly several times, but the situation became very uncomfortable. I even suggested calling the police to resolve it. After speaking to someone on the phone, he finally allowed me to leave. The issue was not the payment system, but the way I was treated. I felt pressured and unfairly handled, which was very disappointing compared to my experience in 2024. I hope no other customer has to go through something similar.”

“The food was great with massive portions but I've marked it down a notch for 2 reasons 1. The starter was clearly missing a flavour and 2. The menu was so long it was almost impossible to choose from. The services was good but a tiny bit slow and the atmosphere was lacking a touch of ambience On the whole it was an enjoyable experience and I would go again”

“On this holiday where most restaurants are closed Luckily they were open and I came for the first time As a Malaysian we always had Tandoori And theirs is awesome good Ordered 3 different type of naan However their garlic one are not up to expectations The other type were all good Ordered egg curry 8/10 Fish curry 100/10 This is really good and cant stop eating Mutton curry is 8/10 Average price But serving speed is really really slow Got my beer 10mins after order But my friend's tea took 30minutes to come Will still come again Great indian restaurants in rwanda”
