“I enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely book this hotel whenever I'm in Kigali, very natural environment, great views of the city, very very pleasant staff both at the reception and kitchen. Great breakfast. The rooms are extremely clean and very comfortable beds!! The only thing they should work on is television...i never got to watch anything. I found this property after passing a terrible night at another awful facility...and I was happy and satisfied with everything. Worth every penny”

“Super slow service - some meals took over 2 hours to come yet the restaurant was empty. Waiters are not trained and the management was full of excuses. One of our party ordered meatballs and after waiting 2 hours decided to do without his meal. No concept of service”
