“The food was awesome, and the desserts totally deserve a shout-out. Service was pretty decent too, especially since we were a big group. Our food came out on time, drinks were refilled almost on time, and the service was generally super attentive. We hadn't been there in a while because Kigali had so many new restaurants popping up, and we'd basically forgotten about the place for almost a year. Giving it another shot was a really good call.”

“I spent a night in this hotel ( urban by city blue , Kigali) and had a great customer service, the team Is brilliant, the hotel is clean and great location ( security and close to downtown, ) however I had a terrible experience with noise from the kitchen as my room was right under the kitchen, it feels like I was sleeping under a construction site . The kitchen activities ended at midnight, after multiple calls without action , and early morning at 5 they started again. I would advise the hotel Manager to install a soundproof or change those rooms into storage or offices .thank you, respectfully.”

“Brilliant hotel. Accomodation was great. Rooms are super huge and very clean. Service was top notch. Only thing they should look at is their breakfast option.. probably add more variety. Lunch and dinner off the menu was really good.”
