“Honestly, this is one of the best clinics in Kigali. I got there quite early this morning and was warmly received by the receptionist who informed me the service I was coming for wasn't yet available as the doctor hadn't come yet. As I patiently waited, I took the time to observe the workers there. I was quite pleased with how they interacted among each other which to me is a very good sign. They weren't chitchatting at all but each time someone came in and they said hello, it resonated with geger bnuine care. I was received by a doctor a little while longer than what I'd been told which truly didn't bother me much and the service went well, I did a few tests and talked plenty to the doctor, fluent in french English and kinyarwanda making it easy for me because I tend to switch in between languages. When my consultation was done, I went and cleared my bill... In many hospitals, it doesnt go like this. You first clear the bill and pay upfront before being received which, in times of an emergency, seems wrong as a patient's life is more important than paperwork. Overall the cleanliness and tidiness of the place was impeccable and I would totally recommend anyone to visit their offices, they surely will not disappoint.”

“I had an accident while on a business trip, and I had to get about 6 stitches here in a hurry. The doctor was so kind and thoughtful. Thanks to the meticulous and thorough surgery, my prognosis was excellent even back in Korea, and I was healing well. I wanted to leave a review to thank you! Thank you!! I had an accident when I was on my business trip, and I got my cut stitched with 6 stitches. The doctor in charge was very nice and warm-hearted, and he was trying to relieve me with a little lie🤣 (He said it would be okay with only 3 stitches). As soon as I was back in Korea, I came to a Korean hospital to get my scar dressing on, and they went like the scar was getting better very well.
