“This place is awesome! I came for a massage and was surprised by the facilities beautiful room, nice music, and most importantly very well trained masseuse. I’ve had many massage across the continent, some very comical and some very horrid experiences and this has redeemed my interest in massages here!! I was very relaxed and enjoyed every moment. I went for a pedicure and manicure after and was well taken care of, though slower than I would have hoped and experienced elsewhere. It took more than 2 hours for a gel manicure and pedicure with no wait, just a long service process. Overall it’s a nice surprise to find this in my neighborhood, I’ll be back.”

“This spa was really wonderful. It was very professional and clean and it felt just like a spa you might visit in a western country. But even better. I received a deep tissue massage by Claudine, who was incredibly skilled at her job. I had a particular issue that I wanted her to work on and she did a great job. I have been to several other places here in Kigali and this one by far is the best massage I’ve ever gotten.”

“I have so many good things to say about this Center. Not only is it luxurious and professional, the customer service is top notch. Everyone we met from reception to the people who serviced us were incredibly sweet and helpful. And the prices are great. I had one of the best foot massages with my mani-pedi. The gel lasts! The woman who washed our locs was a godsend, she did an amazing job and also gave a scalp and neck massage!! Our whole family had a wonderful experience, from an amazing Barber, to braids to some of the best dread loc maintenance I've ever had.”

“I had a manicure with a brow shaping today, and let me tell you, I am in love with the service. The price was very reasonable and the nail technician Sam was so kind and talented, helping me pick out the colours, and would give 10/10 for customer service. Place was very nice, and overall I am just in love.”

“I went there with a plan to make hair and do pedi, but left with a disappointing hairstyle and without doing the pedi. I had a picture of the style I wanted of my hair twist, their stylist told me that it would not work with my hair while the picture I was showing him was of my own head and hair 🙄. He later said that he could make it but did something very different and ugly. When I said it at the reception no one seemed to care about my feedback, and that’s the last time am going there and can’t recommend it.”
