“The privacy and amenities are phenomenal. It seems to be the perfect location for a visiting executive that needs to balance productivity, privacy, relaxation, and convenience.
The main lounge/bar is quite nice, with a very extensive selection of whiskey. It is absolutely worthy of hosting very upscale guests and clientele. Only minor complaint is no cigar area - rwanda really really hates smoking of all kinds. I have no doubt they will add a cigar section eventually, as their lounge is too high-end to not have one.
Hospitality was top-notch even by the normally high standards of Rwanda. While the area (Rebero) is very out-of-the-way from most things, the exact location provides excellent views from every part of the building. I will warn that there is a minimum spend at the restaurants, i think its 75K or 100K per person. I had the sweet potato croquettes and sea bass. The croquettes were amazing but i thought the sea bass was just ok, mostly due to the way they prepared it (i was expecting grilled or baked).
Entry security was tight when i went, but i could tell very quickly that there was a high-level event or person at the time. I later noticed it was indeed a VVIP person, non-Rwandan. Security detail and hotel staff were not at all a hassle and we were allowed to roam mostly freely, which i immensely appreciated.
From just a facilities and hospitality standpoint, i think private club membership would be worth it, as it is lightyears ahead of every place in east africa.”

“Brunch at The Pinnacle Hotel Kigali is a masterclass in brunch. The food is excellent across the board. The chicken brochettes are a solid 15/10 — perfectly seasoned and juicy, the Waldorf salad deserves a round of applause - fresh, balanced, and done right - it's a salad that hits all the notes!! There's unlimited sparkling wine and mimosas, which is always a good idea and elevates the entire experience. There is plenty of food without it being overwhelming and it is all beautifully presented.
The service is just also really great. The waiters are professional and attentive without hovering.
And then there’s the hotel itself — absolutely beautiful. You will want to stay longer than planned!
Bottom line: if you’re looking for a brunch spot in Kigali that delivers on food, drinks, service, and atmosphere, spend your money here........they understand the assignment”

“I had an incredible experience at The Pinnacle Kigali. The hotel is beautifully designed, with bespoke Rwandan art featured throughout, giving it a unique and upscale atmosphere. The rooms are 5-star quality - spacious, elegant, and finished with top of the range custom pieces that made the stay feel truly luxurious.
The service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
While the location is slightly set back from the city center, the peaceful hilltop setting and stunning views make it well worth it. It’s a serene retreat away from the hustle, but still accessible to the main parts of Kigali.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and relaxing experience in Kigali. I’ll definitely be back.”
