“Very Poor Management & Unprofessional Service The place has many good activities and a lot of potential, but unfortunately the management and staff professionalism are extremely poor. I attended an activity (movie night) and the experience was disappointing. The chef and food service were very bad — the meat and barbecue were not well cooked, and after eating I had serious stomach discomfort. This is unacceptable for any place serving food. The service is slow, careless, and rude. Staff do not know how to communicate with customers, and when you raise an issue, they respond with attitude instead of solutions. There is no customer care mindset at all. Most of the problems here are not the activities themselves, but the lack of professional management. This place urgently needs qualified managers, proper staff training, and strict hygiene and service standards. Until management improves, I do not recommend food or organized activities here.”

“The restaurant is slow, we gave an order and they said it will take 30 minutes maximum and we waited for an hour and 19 minutes to be exact and they wouldn’t say the exact time they Kent saying five minutes five minutes do not recommend their restaurant at all”

“Maybe it was a a good hotel in the past 2-3years, but now as of today in January 2025 i had a bad experience, customer service was horrible and it was hard to find a place to seat indoors, and most of the furnitures are get old they need a replacement, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as of now they will be disappointed”
