“Rude security. I was at cash register, a water bottle was scanned by the cashier and I put it in the bag.Security guy came up to me pointed at the water in my bag and accused me of basically not paying for it😆 in front of the cashier who just scanned it.. Another time as I was walking inside a security guard actually touched me on my arm to direct me to the lockers to leave my hand bag. Lockers are outdoor and don’t lock with a key. I’m supposed to leave it and trust it is safe. They make me feel as if I’m a criminal. I assure you I don’t come all the way from Europe to Rwanda in order to steal groceries! And in no country ever had I been accused of the same. Management should train the security to respect customers who leave real money at their shop ! Instead of discouraging. I don’t feel like shopping there at all now!”
