“Unlike other Simba locations, the customer care in this café section is very poor. My food seemed pre-made, was served lukewarm and probably microwaved.
When I pointed this out, the supervisor showed a total lack of professionalism: no apology, no solution, and zero interest in customer satisfaction.
It’s a shame because the waiters are honest and hardworking, but they are let down by their management.
If you’re used to the usual Simba standard, you’ll be disappointed here.”

“I chose this building to open Syrian Arts Gallery, a space dedicated to showcasing contemporary Syrian art. The building is clean, well-organized, and surrounded by modern shops and offices. It has a vibrant yet calm atmosphere, making it an ideal environment for artistic and cultural activities. I’m very pleased with my decision, as it provides a refined location to present Syrian art to the public.”

“Both of my sisters became sick after drinking their smoothies. My family also went for a meal there, they ordered chips and their chips came cold. Unacceptable service. Will not be returning.”

“Despite its dim lighting, Simba is packed with nearly everything you’d need food‑wise in Rwanda it’s full of products. Expect a practical rather than cozy atmosphere, yet convenience and wide selection make it a solid grocery option.”

“Rude ! just so rude!!!. as a manager you don’t have to be rude to customers who are asking when you are restocking “jambo smoothie straws” which is your brand by the way by a “so what” well even a big company no matter how big can face a downfall.”
