R23 - Dry Cleaner & Laundry

“I have been a consistent customer of R23 - Dry Cleaner & Laundry, but after my experience today, I will never return. They have failed completely to provide even the most basic level of customer satisfaction. I specifically informed them beforehand that I had a high-value appointment and needed my clothes ready on time. They gave me multiple promises, 6PM Evening, and got fail, and a 7:00 AM pickup time all of which turned out to be complete lies. The most humiliating part was their lack of professional communication. I arrived at their office at 7:00 AM and stood outside waiting until 8:45 AM. During that time, I called them more than 15 times, and they intentionally ignored every single call knowing it was me. To prove their dishonesty, I called from a different number, and they picked up immediately. Because of their failure to follow through on their word and their cowardice in avoiding my calls, I missed a critical professional appointment. I have never been so disrespected by a service provider. If you value your time and your professional reputation, stay away from R23. They do not care about their customers; they only care about making excuses...”
