“Service at the restaurant was terrible we waited almost 40 minutes and waiters kept passing without checking on us. We went to the counter, but the cashier was busy on her phone, so we left. The staff clearly need training and management should address this. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to a friend. However, the gym and pool staff were friendly 👍.”
“I came to find out that there are a lot of sports facilities at this place other than the swimming pool. They include tennis and pickle ball courts, aerobic fitness hall, yoga and the gym. I liked this place especially the swimming pool area which is equipped with some swimming materials. Recently the kid's pool has been renovated and a bit enlarged. I also liked the free WiFi and mostly the service, though there is some delay about the food orders. The place is located near the road and the city at all. The parking lot is big, especially the outside one.”

“We have used the swimming pool and sauna facilities so can't judge on the other activities or food yet we had a great experience, staff is friendly, spoke English and they were helpful overall. Also other visitors were mostly friendly people so could enjoy a nice chat and learn a few extra words in Kinyarwanda!”
