“I had an utterly terrible experience at this place. I submitted my order on August 2nd, and they promised a 2-week delivery timeframe. Today, on November 9th, 2023, a staggering 97 days later, my order remains incomplete. Their complete lack of customer care and their inability to follow through on the job are mind-boggling. Nothing seems to be going right there. While the price was reasonable and the materials and tailoring were passable, their commitment to keeping their word is beyond abysmal. They couldn’t even follow a timeline, not even 0% of the way. Attempting to reach them by phone was an exercise in futility – they scored a perfect zero in that regard. If there was an option to give negative stars, I would wish for it, and I would gladly assign them a negative star rating. Even one star is far too generous for such an establishment.”
