“This bank is an embarrassment and cannot be trusted!!! Go to I&M bank upstairs which is far more professional and efficient.
First time in my life where a bank has failed to pay interests for my fixed term deposit account! Back in April - my fixed term deposit account matured and they did not pay interest. After many back and forth they paid it and claimed it was an 'IT glitch'. Upon my complaint - the truth was that their staff was careless, lazy and did not care to do their job properly. Since then the bank did not take the matter seriously and refused to answer my emails. Despite emails / messages to their Head of Customer Relations, Christine Teta, who ignored my complaint which HIGHLIGHTS THE IGNORANCE culture of the company. They want to cover up their laziness and always give the easier answer rather than focusing on the customers. Perhaps Acting CEO Nicholas N. Musyoka can answer???”
