“Two stars for the cleaness and decor. But that is it. I made an appointment. Had selected a specific extension type & color and was assured that it was available on site. When I arrived, I was told the courrier bringing them was still on his way ... so they got started with a wash and comb. This is where they lost all points ... the lady combing my natural was very rough and kept complaining ... for about 30 mins. When the extensions got delivered,they were the wrong color. Was asked to wait for the courier to go back to Nyabugogo and exchange the extension to get the right color ... . By then I had a headache bcz of the pain & the lady combing my hair was still not done ... I gave up and left ... heading back straight to my usual saloon.”
