“Cancelled 10 minutes before our arrival We called to book a room and we confirmed we were going and we shared the time of arrival. The lady asked for a money transfer but I explained I had no way of doing that but she could be sure we would go. She accepted. Already in Kigali, we called to inform we will be there in a few minutes. It was even earlier than the expected time of arrival. We got surprised that the room wasn't available anymore. We ended up in the middle of the road, raining and without a place to go. At least, she could have informed us but not. Simply didn't care. So, be careful if you go to this place, you can be surprised!”
