“Terrible experience, never stay here. This place has different name on booking.com called Kigali sky garden. The manager explain Kigali garden villa home is not their place however it’s exact same place and same problem I experienced
1. Toilet is full of pee stain
2. No guest log like while I have meet them 2 days ago to keep luggage and ask me did I book before coming…
3. They ask for different price and you have to show them your booking.com price so the staff will call manager see if approves
4. I need to head to airport early at 7 staff shout at me that if I want to eat I eat at 8. While at 6ish staffs are cooking breakfast for other guests and iron cloth for them
5. Other guest are talking loud and give unwanted look to other guest while I addressed concern to manager and done nothing about it
6. group of male guests are dressing themself up in living room which is quit uncomfortable when you must walk by living room to leave the place
7. No towel overall hygiene is poor”

“It's a scam. She tells you to pay more than the booking price, saying I got a discount and for breakfast. Then the breakfast is mediocre. Perrinated and dry toast, there's not even water. Insects full of the rooms. And then they make a lot of noise and are very unpleasant. She's not even available and is very nonchalant. They pretend to be an hotel they are not, it’s like a guest house you leave in your room but with them. I don't recommend it. I sincerely think they have fake reviews on booking.com. The woman who manages this is not professional at all. As soon as I arrive, the first thing she asks me is to pay. And then, faced with my problems, I wanted to talk to her, she didn't even want to come. She asked the housekeeper to speak to me on the phone because she was asleep.
In addition, there are major security problems: it's raining, the stairs are marble and have no railings. I fell and ended up in the hospital because it's not safe.”

“I had wished to book the apartment, a friend wanted to visit before pay but we were rushed to pay first before seeing, we paid and eventually when a friend visited, we weren't happy with it so we asked to cancel our booking 30+ hours before date of checkin, the owners refused and didn't even refund. The whole situation wasn't handled well.”

“Very terrible service.
1. False advertising- used booking.com and upon arrival they charged higher than the price on the booking. The facility also has no air conditions contrary to their adverts.
2. No running water in the facility. When they eventually filled their water tank using a mobile water tanker, water did not run in the toilets.
3. No water heater in the facility.
4. Lots of mosquitoes. The facility has no nets
5. Poor internet connection. Internet is not accessible on the topmost floor and on other floors, it’s extremely epileptic
6. Poor breakfast. Only eggs and bread is provided for breakfast. For the tea, they provided no milk or creamer with the excuse that it’s finished for 2 consecutive days
7. Location is not the best
8. Accommodation could be noisy at night due to noise from house assistants.”

“Thanks for hosting us in past 4 days and I would like to appreciate the house, the rooms. They are really nice.
But when it comes to the services, you need to copy with pride the best practices from others.
1. The change rate for US dollar, you took a high rate. Why??? 1480frs???
2. According to our day schedule, we declare ourselves before that will left the apartment 7:00AM everyday and we got a promise that we have not to worry about the breakfast. But we got nothing at all in 4 days even the check out day while we left at 11:00.
3. No one checking on you even you spent a whole month you have to stay in the same sheet and bed cover. So sad.
Truly try to change how you treat your customers cz I can not recommend anyone your apartment at this moment.”
