“Just call the restaurant in Kigali directly, do NOT order food from their system. Twice now they have left the food that was prepared by the restaurant sitting there for over an hour. Sometimes their phone numbers don't pick up and when you get a person all they say is "our system is not working correctly". Many restaurants have the ability to send it to addresses and take personal responsibility. With Jumia you are risking it not arriving for 2-3 hours even if the restaurant makes it right away.”

“Third time that I placed an order and that delivery time is not respected. Not about 10 minutes, I wouldn't write a review for this but about 40 to more than a hour. Food is of course cold. And if you don't call yourself nobody will call to explain you the delay and apologize. Worst and worst each time Will call the restaurants directly”

“Lovely, but it is only offices, if you want they products you have to order via they app Vuba Vuba app, but the way it is now called vuba vuba, its not jumia anymore”
