“Their services are nice, I’ll admit. The ice cream is amazing. However, I had a very bad experience with a purchase. They have a strict no-return policy, which I believe should allow for certain exceptions. I called to place an order for coconuts, and they selected the coconuts themselves from the store and delivered them to me. When I received them, the two coconuts were spoiled. I immediately called to inform them, but they told me I couldn’t return them. I explained that I didn’t personally pick the coconuts they selected and delivered them so I had no control over their condition. They refused. They asked how they were supposed to know which coconuts were spoiled, and while I understand that perspective, they are the ones selling the product. They should have enough knowledge about their stock to know when the coconuts were purchased, how long they typically last, and whether they are still suitable for sale. I decided to let it go and assumed maybe it was just a bad batch. However, a month later, I went to the store myself to purchase coconuts again. I was reminded of their no-return policy, but I still bought them cause I need them very badly. Unfortunately, all four coconuts I purchased were spoiled again just like the first time. At that point, I decided it would be best not to shop there again.”

“I really liked this supermarket. Shopped nearly every other day. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Until the day that I bought cheese that had mold on it. I didn't even think to check the expiration date. When I opened it I saw the spot, hoping it was still good, I posted a photo to chatgpt but it said, I better not eat it. Next day I went back but the staff said they were not allowed to return items. They seemed stressed. So the day after I went back when the manager or store owner was there an he literally said they don't take back dairy products because they don't get their money back either from the suppliers. This means you are taking a chance either with your money or your health. The problem is also that because of the packaging you couldn't see the mold. So, I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this supermarket. I asked my Rwandan friend if this was normal, she said absolutely not. See for yourself.”
