“Do not hesitate to book it! Amazing deal! I was worried about the cleanliness and comfort at this price, but this place is absolutely amazing. The service is top notch so friendly and kind and attentive. The wifi is great, the showers and bathrooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and clean and it even has a mosquito net. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in years! So much fresh fruit and tea options and made to order omelettes. Oh the staff is so kind it makes the experience even better. It’s still 3 star quality fixtures but it’s so comfortable and affordable it didn’t bother us. It is right in the Center of town and safe to walk around. Yet the rooms are quiet.”

“I stayed here in July, one of the things I loved was the breakfast buffet, it was complementary but it was really nice, I always looked forward to it. The rooms are super clean, the staff are professionals and they are very friendly. I got a complimentary laundry service for my daughters clothes. If you are in Kigali, I would highly recommend Gloria hotel, another plus is it is at the heart of the city.”

“It is just okay overall. The room is clean but old with a carpet floor. They charge you for extra water bottles and there is no AC in my room. There is also no elevator. But the staff are attentive, has a good location, and the breakfast was nice.”
