“I rank this hotel five stars because of many different reasons. Firstly, it has a good location as it is near the road and in the city. Which makes it easier for anyone to have access. Secondly, it has got a nice and large parking lot which is even labelled. This goes with the strong security not only in entering through the gate but also inside. The place is clean and smart at all. When you enter inside the noise pollution just disappears . There is even a green view which amazed me 🤔! The staff are busy at work, and I mostly spent my time at the pool side. At this place the water is blue and calm especially in the morning. I liked the way tiles are covered with grass-like carpets which I assure can prevent unnecessary accidents. Still about the pool, I liked the prices! I hope next time is to taste the flavors from the kitchen 🤗 so as to continue my review....”

We checked in on a Friday and were warmly received by Lady Sharon Kamurungi, the Front Office Manager, who exemplified outstanding leadership and care throughout our stay. The entire team, including Divine, Monia, Fred, and Bruno, were incredibly attentive and made our stay truly memorable. The housekeeping team and the food and beverage department, including Bruce, Alice, Ismail, and the rest of the team, were also outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's proximity to a nearby mosque, which allowed us to perform our daily prayers in congregation. Additionally, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, being only a five-minute drive from the airport. This convenience, combined with the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere, made our stay even more comfortable and reinforced Hilltop Hotel as our top choice for future visits to Rwanda.
