“This hotel is located perfectly to explore Kigali. It's only a few minutes walk to city center and is close to tons of retail, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. (Kigali also uses "move" ride hailing services, which was very dependable to explore other areas of the city). The hotel complex is very nice. The common areas and pool are well maintained and the landscape is beautiful! The restaurant was delicious! We had breakfast each morning, Christmas lunch and several dinners! They were all the absolute best! The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable and also had nice balconies with comfortable furniture to enjoy outdoor time. I also liked the living room area that is in each building that gave us additional indoor space to relax outside of the room. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend this hotel when traveling to Kigali.”

“The staff are very friendly and genuinely try to help. However, the accommodation leaves much to be desired. The villa rooms face a busy four-lane road with no effective noise insulation and lack blackout curtains. My first evening included a lukewarm shower. After an upgrade to the residence, the issues persisted: the charming but dorm-like structure demands proper soundproofing. Conversations and arrivals of neighboring guests could be heard clearly, and squeaking doors only added to the disturbance.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hot stone massage was truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the lack of basic comfort—particularly the excessive noise—overshadowed these strengths. During my nine-day stay for work in Kigali, it felt far more exhausting than restful. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.”

“I loved the brunch, food was great!!! Very good customer care, a gentleman called Brian served us well but also others kept on checking if we were okay!
The live music was amazing 🤗
Definitely recommend the Sunday brunch!”

“We were supposed to arrive on 29 November. Our booking was paid in July and confirmed by Booking.com, by the hotel, and again shortly before arrival.
The evening before our arrival, our travel companion, who was already staying at the hotel, was informed that our booking was suddenly no longer in their system. She was told she had to pay a much higher rate or find alternative accommodation at the last minute, despite the booking being confirmed multiple times.
The situation was handled very poorly and caused unnecessary last-minute stress.”
