After two frustrating and unproductive discussions, he disappeared and only offered 100,000 RWF as compensation even though my suits were tailor-made and cost me over $1,000. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
“In addition to opening their doors up to an hour late on multiple occasions after the promising to be available (at the stated opening time) for me to retrieve my clothing Ubuntu Cleaners, management is provides the worst customer service. Repeated calls to management to open the doors 30 minutes past opening time caused me to nearly miss a flight and has made me late for other engagement. Ubuntu Cleaners ruined my expensive blouse and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. Upon investigation, we discovered the reception cameras were inoperable. Jane, the manager, refused to be more than a voice on the phone and the owner, Kenitra, who wouldn't even have a phone conversation, both suggested that I lied about my ruined blouse and that I must have ruined it myself! A loyal customer from the time the cleaners opened in Rebero, I was repeatedly insulted and charged for the ruin of my clothing without so much as an apology. I urge other customers to avoid Ubuntu as management is woefully UNPROFESSIONAL in providing reasonable customer service.”
