“What a poor hotel. Advertised as 4 stars but can barely be 2.
The rooms are very old and worn out.
It's not clean! I moved rooms 4 times and was also told there are no pillow covers!
Wifi did not work at all and the management did not care to help for any issues.
The local staff were great and helpful but unfortunately governed by management.
Skip the breakfast and eat outside - better yet, stay at the Marriott 4 seasons and you won't be sorry.”

“We stayed here in July. The room was compact but had everything we needed. It had amazing views especially for the sunrise and sunset. A shower chair was provided as requested.
We had to make a booking on short notice but Deborah was very helpful with that.
The food at the restaurant was okay but it wasn't continental as earlier stated. Consequently, it was a bit limiting.”

“I have found this place to be a good spot to stay when you are in Kigali because it's in a great area, near the airport and other activities. However, the road there usually has heavy traffic jams.”

“Very lovely place. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rwanda. The employees are nice and their meals are great. The breakfast is very delicious and have a take out option if you can't eat in the restaurant.”

“Spent 2 days at this hotel in quarantine. The negative things: the food was tasteless and the driver was late to pick me up at the airport.
Positive things: room are clean and spacious, the service is good, a special shout out to the people at the reception Bruce and Alice who were very friendly and professional.”
