Me: Hallo, am i speaking to Christian University of Rwanda(asked the question because the person who answered did not introduce) Customer Care: How can we help you? (Rude tone) Me: I want to first make sure this is Christian University of Rwanda Customer care: I have told you this it, why don't you say what you want? Me: OK, let me call other Universities i can't deal with your bad mood. When you answer a business's line, you answer in its name, you do not get rude to the caller before they even ask their question. If you listen to your calls, you will know what i am referring.You need improvement. Thank you”
