The technician promised to resolve the situation twice with no response. Finally I contacted the manager. The manager, Edmond is completely unprofessional and rude. His solution was to send the refrigerator and give no replacement so I would have rotting food. After all the business I gave them and millions of francs spent they have no loyalty and do not possess the tiniest idea of customer retention. They will not get a cent of my business. Do not waste your time or money.”
