“Starting on a positive note, KCB/BPR phone app is nice and easy to use. However Customer service at their banks is absolutely terrible. The wait time is never less than 30 minutes. When you get to a teller, they look at you like you are bothering them. I hope management does something to change this culture. The bank holds our money and it sometimes seems like we have to beg them to give us good service when we go there.”

“Be proud of the job you are doing to serve people and provide the right customer service to the people instead looking them like trash. You can wait for more than 30 minutes, and the employee are just wondering, no doing what the supposed to do. Customer are the kings and queens 👸”

“Hello, comment se fait t'il que now i can't transfert my money from my kcb Rwanda, to my differents kcb accounts i have out of Rwanda, the operation was very smooth before you change your link for online banking, now i cant do anything, and secondary i ask u to made a new visa card because i was traveiling and u didnt give meagain that, so tell me whow im supposed tobused my money on my ac count in ur bank, without transfert and no visa card.”
