“this is my second time eating here, and the food is amazing. the portions are perfect, the prices are affordable, and i’m so glad i found a Chinese restaurant in Kigali that i can enjoy regularly. being very into Asian cuisine, i’ll definitely be coming back as a regular.”
“Entrance through the Hotel 2000, go to the 7th floor. There are a crazy amount of choices, mostly big sharable portions. Don’t go overboard ;) There’s also a huge playground for children, my four-year-old would have loved it!”
“Bamboo Restaurant is always worth a visit. The view from the top is beautiful and the food amazing and decently priced. It’s common in Chinese restaurants to share all dishes, but if you order separate dishes, it doesn’t hurt to mention they should be ready at the same time. The food is hot, fresh, perfectly spiced and they have many options. The life music on Fridays though is too loud, it’s a bit exhausting to have a conversation then (but the artists are usually nice). All in all One of our favourite places, especially for me as a vegetarian they have a lot of different vegetable based options on their menu. Thanks, Bamboo!”
