“Let me start by saying—I have never encountered a store full of employees with such terrible attitudes in my life! Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday, I went to your store in downtown Kigali, located in CHIC, to purchase a crib for my baby. One of your employees approached me with an attitude. When I asked for the price, she gave me the information, but her tone and behavior made it feel like she didn’t even want to sell to me—as if she assumed I couldn’t afford it. For context, I don’t live here, but I had already checked your products online/through Instagram. I then told her I wanted to send a picture to my husband so he could help me choose. She refused and said no pictures were allowed. I even showed her my baby and explained that I wanted to buy the crib and all the accessories that go with it. Instead of being helpful, she dismissively told me to “go check Instagram.” I left the store extremely disappointed. Your customer service is unacceptable. I understand that you’ve been in business for five years, but every customer interaction matters—and with that kind of treatment, you’ve lost me as a client.”
