“Very unpleasant experience, not once but twice! Had a bad experience with my nails last time . They removed the gel polish using a buffer. My nails keep breaking still even after 2 months. For my daughter’s manicure , they just filed and painted her nails . No cleaning etc was done ! However, I thought it may be just once . I went again for wax. The lady literally burnt my hand . Informed the owner and sent her a picture too. Sadly there was no acknowledgement of the message even, leave alone the apology. Very disappointed with the services!”
