“The agreed pickup at the airport (flight details sent two weeks before and confirmed 3x on the same day) has not taken place. Room not as booked on the first floor (There are none). Hair and blood splatter on the bathroom floor. No mosquito net. Arrived in the evening and paid upfront, the next morning noticed large construction site on the neighboring property. House waterworks next to guest rooms which pumped at night. Above the windows openings that can not be closed. House extremely noisy. On the second day there was supposedly only one breakfast per room although it was booked for two. Staff has mediocre language skills and let themselves be asked several times (e.g. to provide a second towel for a double room or sufficient cutlery). No hot water in the morning. Not recommended under these circumstances. Good price. High quality residential area. Very quiet at night (construction site during the day...). Shopping and transportation within walking distance. Beds were good and large if you like to lie firmer/harder. Pictures are representative with rooms facing back and common areas facing front. Breakfast was basic but ok if you got any.”
