“I prefer Sawa Citi over Simba. It's smaller, but it still has a wide variety of items. Produce, bakery, snacks, dry food staples, alcohol, household goods... they had everything we were looking for.”

“Kigali in Sawa City The main sawa city supermarket in kigali with good brangerie and patisserie. The customer care services are good they try to explain every thing and gives a better good of any goods you want to take”
“Came here on my first day in Kigali. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Found a variety of things I needed like almond milk and granola etc. not as much variety as back home but I managed to get most of the things I was looking for. Also tried their beef samosas, simply amazing 🤩”
“My go to place because of their samosas which are generously stuffed and tasty plus their ever fresh chapati. Not as much variety of grocery items and be prepared to pay a little extra. Not bad for your generic everyday goods. Staff is friendly and the place well maintained.”
“Yesterday, February 16 my child was in Sawa City Remera with my assistant. They were on their way to a wedding introduction and stopped to get snacks. My child’s dress which had a wide skirt got caught on a bottle of liquor on a low shelf and bottle tipped and broke. NO. They were not in there for alcohol. My assistant paid for the bottle which she was told was 35,000. My issue is the rudeness of the employees and the accusation of one employee stating that she did it on purpose despite my child saying repeatedly it was an accident and apologizing. They also didn’t realize that my child speaks Kinyarwanda fluently. Learn customer care and learn how to deal with people! We have shopped in this store MANY times over the years and accidents happen. We will not shop in this branch again.”
