I became really good friends with the owner — he is incredibly helpful in every way and truly made sure I had the best possible time in Kigali. From the beginning, he went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and easy. The rooms were cleaned regularly, very clean, modern, and well maintained. Towels and bed sheets were regularly washed and changed, which made the stay even more comfortable. Any extra wishes I had were always fulfilled without hesitation. The breakfast was super tasty and not the same every day, which I really appreciated. The location is top-top — I absolutely love the area. It’s safe, modern, and very pleasant to stay in, with everything you need nearby. Overall, Kigali Pillar House offers a fair price for very good quality and excellent hospitality.
