“I am glad I went to the hospital during the most scary part of my travel journey in East Africa after learning that there's an enlarged lump in my head.. The staff are really nice and accommodating and I never felt like I was treated differently, the hospital is amazingly clean and organized, it even looks like some of the semi-private hospitals in our country. And their facilities are advanced for a public hospital. I am also thankful for the kindness and assistance of the customer service named NSHIMBAHIZI JEROME, he speaks english well that helped me a lot in communicating with other hospital staff. The doctor was so nice and professional and was so knowledgable that she was able to explain my condition clearly to me which significantly helped me to calm down. I returned the following week for further assistance and thank you guys for your warm and kind assistance now i can continue traveling around africa. Murakoze!!”

“Am 100% satisfied about the treatment of this hospital because am an Indian tourist and faced an allergy issue (swelling eyes and breathing disorders) because of a tablet (Ibuprofen) which I took for muscle aches . After 2 hours started the allergy and the time is about 1 o clock at midnight and i went there and they treated me very well. Especially the { Dr: Benign Niyomuhoza }. Night shift emergency department. And the nursing staff also such a kind people. And the doctor explained me everything about medicine that they are going to do for me and they gave me a steroids injunction for fast recovery and prescribed the medicines also. They're so kind and friendly also. So without any doubt I could say that . This is the best hospital in Kigali👍🏻”

“Terrible service I haven't seen anywhere, even the health centers offers good service that this hospital. The doctors are talking and joking to each other while the patients are dying. Moreover, The emergency room is 💯 unmergency room due to terrible service. I hope RBD and RURA can follow up the service offered by public hospitals.”
