“Our family went to this establishment to order takeout food from the venue, and we were assured that it could be delivered to us. We ordered around 5pm, and we're told it would be delivered within the hour. By 6:30pm our food had not arrived, so we made a casual inquiry as to where our food was and we were told it would be available in 15 more minutes. 7:30pm...no food still and the children are very hungry and it is past their bed time. Again, I inquired about the food and I was told that the delivery person went to the wrong address and it would be there soon. I live in the immediate proximity of the establishment, so I am curious how this could even happen. 8:30 pm, and I ask again, and I am rightfully upset at this point. One of the servers approaches me to tell me that they had none of the food on hand and actually had to go buy it. I immediately demanded to speak to the manager and he assured me the food was coming. Once the food was delivered, it was not very pleasant at all. The dish I asked for was not even made properly, and the other food was very unappealing as well. I immediately took the food back and asked for a refund. Before this incident, I had fully planned to bring my family here for pool, food, and drinks regularly because I am now a local here in the community. I would now rather drive 30 minutes cross town to another place for pool, food, and fun. I will never do business at this place again.”

“Rooms are clean and well maintained, Service is also good except Breakfast option is not much. If you are vegetarian than you should avoid it. Little far from this city center . Employees there are very cooperative and polite.”
