“Worst experience of my life in a Rwandan hair salon! The price was already exorbitant, but if the service was up to scratch, it would be great, but it was impossible. I went there to get my hair washed and blow-dried, but halfway through the shampoo, they told me to get up so they could do someone else! The person next to me (who came with me) had already finished, so she was without soap, but they decided I had to get up, not my white friend, I should add. The way they treat people, as if we're not going to pay like everyone else, makes me furious! The owner trying to excuse his employees' lack of professionalism made me even angrier because they should have just taken responsibility instead of saying, "We didn't do anything." Anyway, I strongly advise against going there, and you've lost more than one customer!”
