They failed to deliver what was agreed upon, and after countless attempts to contact them for a refund, I’ve been met with nothing but delays, empty promises, and excuses. Their customer service is unreliable, communication is poor, and they’ve shown a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I trusted this company, but unfortunately, they’ve proven to be dishonest and untrustworthy. I would not recommend Marchal Real Estate to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.”
