“I stopped by Magnificat Coffee Shop and had a great experience all around. I ordered the grilled beef steak with rice, fries, and greens, plus a fresh cocktail juice. The food was really tasty, especially the beef—it was tender and flavorful, and the portion was perfect. The rice and fries were well-cooked, and the greens added a nice balance to the meal. The juice was super refreshing, too. What stood out to me was how quickly everything came out, and at just 8,500 RWF for the meal and drink, the price was very fair for the quality. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Overall, I was impressed on every front and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

“Last week, I ordered African tea at your restaurant. However, what was served to me was just plain milk, not tea. I took a single sip and immediately realized it was not what I had ordered. I went to the reception to complain about this issue. Unfortunately, instead of listening to my concern, I was only asked about the bill amount. I paid the bill without consuming the tea, but no one was willing to properly address or resolve my complaint. I am disappointed with both the incorrect order and the lack of attention given to my concern. I hope you will look into this matter and improve your customer service to ensure this does not happen again.”

“Food is ok except for spaghetti Bolognese which was actually disappointing as well as croque monsieur which obviously the chef has no idea what it is.Furthermore service is too unconsistent.Some waitresses have no idea what customer service is and have not been trained enough ...it s obvious and why there is never chicken in the evening? So annoying ☹️☹️”
