“Had some sambusa but they were drenched in oil, my throat felt tight the next morning, so definitely need some quality control on the food. I used to come here as a kid, so the experience has changed over time. On the positive side, service was fast and the customer service was great. Staff were friendly and we were joking around. Clean to a decent extent.”
“Incompetency at its best! Bought minced meat from here(photo attached) and on reaching home i realized there’s a COCKROACH! We took back the meat expecting a refund or atleast an apology and instead received nothing as they denied and said we couldn’t return it! Honestly RSB needs to look into such cases as its a health hazard to the Rwandan community!!!”
“Nice Restaurant for breakfast and meal, but tourist orientated. Menu is written in English, not Kinyarwanda. You can even find German Schnitzel on it... If you want to get an typical Rwandan experience, this might not be the best place for you. Toilets are clean, but the watersupply to wash hands was not working. Food is good, prices are ok.”
“Nice coffee shop, restaurant and market. Also has a butchery that is quite impressive! Very nice selection of meats, pork and different sausages. Also has very nice coffee ☕ and bakery with lots of pastries. If going there for 🛒 , parking can be a bit tricky but not impossible.”
