“Not at all serious poor behaviour”

“Sometimes the lines are so long, and the service slow! Other times it is quick! I have had mixed experiences from here. We were talking about the service of here with another customer, and she said "that is what happens when you bring in a lot of women in a company and don't supervise the quality of the service"! Just saying! I am sure the quality of the service was better a couple of years ago. Concerning the availability of medocs, I would say they are still good.”

“Some of the staffs are very impolite and less customer care. I can’t believe how I stand more than 2 minutes before 2 staffs waiting for them to end their conversation so, that they serve me!”
