“The people at the reception are good but my God those who approve ATM cards, I don't know where they live or work from, even their colleagues at the reception could not reach them! Went there once for a card, left without it because the approver was not available even after I waited for more than 2 hours, I was told to come back another day, and when I did, I got the card but when I tried it in the machine, it was unauthorized, I left with the card but I am not sure if it works even now, because nowadays who has the time to visit the bank 3 days for one simpe issue!? I was supposed to have a working card the very first day. Suggestion: Make sure that even Remera can provide the cards.”
