“A restaurant/hotel couldn't be worse. Service is terrible. No effort whatsoever in presentation. It was the worst sizzling I've ever been served, inedible. It was served pouring over, had to request that they clean up the mess, then I tasted it and had to reject it. The only question asked was, "Will you pay?" The chef or cook didn't bother to check what the problem was. The food is served in bits in/on unfitting old utensils. The outside looks good. Little effort was put on the inside though.”
“The dumplings and the beef fried noodles are fantastic. However, waiter service is very poor and our meal was served in bits and pieces on 2 separate visits here. Staff were unapologetic and unhelpful on each occasion. We tried to speak with the owner on our 2nd visit but language was an issue and he only smiled. It was very frustrating.”
